All-Natural Supermodel inspired Beauty regime.
Molly Sims has worked in the beauty industry for over 20 years. In that time, she’s picked up a trick or two to help her look and feel her best. What’s more, she’s keen on keeping her regime as natural as possible and employs holistic techniques to keep her body looking radiant. Below are her top, all natural supermodel beauty tips.
Eat lots of fiber.
According to Sims, fiber is vital for keeping the body healthy and vibrant. The current daily recommended quantity of fiber is around 25 grams a day for women, but Sims says that she usually tops that figure easily getting around 50 grams a day. She takes many of her favourite meals, like pizza and pasta, and gives them a healthy spin by using whole grains and dropping the cheese. Sims also says that once a week, she goes completely vegetarian and gets rid of dairy and eggs altogether. Like most people Sims has a sweet tooth but rather than reach for a bag of Haribo, she takes a couple of bites of dark chocolate to satisfy her cravings and when she needs a quick pick-me-up, she reaches for a low-calorie hot chocolate.
Use Natural Products.
Sim’s next piece of advice is to use natural beauty products wherever possible. By this, she doesn’t mean DIY: she means products which have been derived from natural ingredients. If you browse Cuckooland gift ideas for women, you’ll notice that there are a lot of natural-inspired products. The reason for this is that natural products enhance many of the natural, beautifying compounds already out there in nature. Natural products like jasmine, green tea, coffee and curcumin extract are all known to have beneficial topical effects.
Combat Greasy Hair.
Though she’s a supermodel, Sims says that she still suffers from greasy hair from time to time. However, she’s learned a good way to deal with it: dry shampoo. When she uses dry shampoo, she says that her hair lasts at least a day longer, perhaps two, and she avoids overexposing it to the heat of her hair dryer, which can leave it damaged and broken. She also recommends using braids. Braids, she says, are a great way to hide away damaged or dirty hair that you just don’t have time to sort out. In fact, she points out, the greasier your hair is, the easier it is to braid. Fishtail and Halo are her favorite types of braids, but there are loads that you can try out, she says.
Get Smart When Travelling.
Sims has traveled as part of her modeling career from an early age so she quickly learned how to be travel smart. The first thing she thought about was her wardrobe, always remembering to pack her trusty hat, black trousers, and blazer. Next, she focuses on combating jet lag. If she’s flying east, she’ll go to bed and get up early a couple of days before she travels. She also suggests fasting for 12 hours before you travel and then eating at a regular time at your destination as this will help your body clock adjust.
I hope these tips helped, I'm definitely going to be trying some of them,
